M3 Half Track

During the war, the M3 served as an all-purpose combat vehicle and was most commonly used as an armored personnel carrier. It could be modified to mount a wide variety of weapons. Half tracks, like the M3, had tracks in place of rear wheels, which vastly improved their off-road performance.
