Moving Up For St. Mihiel

Once more the First Division reoccupied the Toul sector, this time as part of the army attacking the St. Mihiel salient. Far different than the hasty preparations for the Soissons attack, months had been spent in plans for this action, the first of the war to be undertaken independently by an American Army.
